Lána the Label delivers express nationwide with Australia Post for a flat rate of AU$10. Capital cities (excluding Darwin and Perth) can expect delivery within 2 days of purchase. Metro and rural areas can expect their parcel within 2-7 business days. Please note, these are estimated delivery times only, and unfortunately we are not able to guarantee them. Lána the Label will not be liable for any delay in delivery. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which includes the tracking details for your parcel.
Lána the Label delivers internationally with DHL Express for a flat rate of AU$35. All orders are dispatched on an express service and will be delivered within 3-10 business days depending on your location. For international orders, we cannot deliver to post boxes so please ensure you provide an alternate delivery address.
In the case that no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left. Your parcel will be re-delivered the following day with an option to reschedule the delivery. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which includes the tracking details for your parcel.
Depending on the destination country and the value of the goods, you may be required by your local government and customs office to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these duties and taxes, not Lána the Label. Please note, Lána the Label is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Depending on the country, you may be able to contact your local customs offices directly for a refund of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding duties and taxes.
A lot of love goes into the design of each Lána the Label piece, so we want you to love them as much as we do. If you change your mind, or an item isn't right, you can request a return for a refund, exchange or eBoutique credit. We happily accept returns and exchanges on all full-priced items. Sale items can only be returned for exchange or credit note.
All returns must be in the original condition as sent; the item must not be worn, altered or washed, and must have its original tags attached. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on earrings.
If you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, contact us with your order number and description of the fault.
Refunds for faulty or wrongly described merchandise will be processed once Lána has inspected and accepted the return, using the original tender type. Debit and credit card returns must be processed against the exact card used to complete the original purchase.
HOW TO RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES
Please contact us first to let us know whether you would like a return or exchange. We’ll reply return instructions.
Lána is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, so please securely package and return the order using registered mail. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
If you are returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will reimburse any reasonable postage or shipping costs where you can provide us with a receipt for those costs. We are unable to offer free delivery for returns or exchanges.
Once we have accepted and processed your return, we will notify you via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once the refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.
